For fifty years I served with my wife, Sharon, in Asia-Pacific ministries and global missions administration.
We planted churches in Hong Kong, mobilized and trained new missionaries, administered and mentored ninety-three adult career missionaries and their families in thirteen countries, and led in strategic initiatives.
In those five decades, I learned some lessons about the dynamics of intercultural ministry.
Those lessons apply to anyone who wants to effectively share the gospel and make disciples cross-culturally.
