
My inner Eeyore has been a bit visible of late. Typically a grateful person, I’ve been finding myself drifting into discontent. Discontentment colors reality gray or even black, and I’ve noticed the color missing from my life.
But here’s what I’ve learned in my fifty-three laps around the sun: The way we see the world determines our mindset. And our mindset determines our perspective, and if that perspective isn’t based on reality, contentment is MIA.
I don’t want to live with discontentment. I’m sure you don’t either. Here’s what we can do.
