God willing and messengers voting, a new national representative will have been elected at the Regular Baptist Ministries Conference 2024 in June.

Upon an affirmative vote, Clare Jewell becomes the eighth national representative. Clare assumes the leadership mantle of Regular Baptist Ministries with much experience in our fellowship, most recently serving as director of RBM’s Generate.

His passion and work with RBM have been to assist in new church planting efforts and in revitalization of unhealthy, stagnant churches. He says, “Every disciple of Christ must be a disciple-maker, and every church should reproduce itself.”

National representatives have often communicated their vision for our fellowship in The Baptist Bulletin. Through its pages, these men have brought a collective focus to our fellowship’s primary purpose: assisting churches in making disciples.

David E. Strope is interim national representative of the GARBC.
