The articles are not the most important thing in this issue.

That’s an odd thing to say, isn’t it? But it’s mostly true. The feature articles in this issue offer a variety of commentary to pastors and church leaders, even specifically mothers. They provide perspective on caring for pastors, wise counsel on leading effectively through change, persevering through difficult times, and our first article on how to use AI in ministry.

But the most important thing is found on page 15 and 16. It’s a survey. I know, surveys are boring. They’re a waste time. But we want to hear from you—we need to hear from you. And what if something you have to say affects the decisions made? And what if the decisions made this summer affect the next fifty years? Is it a crazy idea to ask you to participate in that? So, please, take the survey in this issue and mail it back to us. Or take the survey online.

We want to provide content that helps you in life and ministry. The data we gather from this survey will help inform decisions on how best to serve you.
