Beverly Frowner, Pastor’s Wife

Beverly-Frowner_INKANSAS CITY, Mo.—Beverly Frowner, a pastor’s wife, died April 6. She was 73. She served with her husband, Pastor Webster Frowner, at First Regular Baptist Church in Kansas City.

Born and raised in Chicago, Beverly was a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and the Citizen’s Police Academy of Kansas City, Mo. She worked for Carver Christian Academy in Kansas City; Shawnee Mission Christian School, Westwood, Kan.; and Mission Oaks Christian School in Kansas City. She served as a before- and after-school care attendant, substitute teacher for kindergarten through 12th grade, and camp counselor for many years.

She is known by many through her acts of kindness, words of affirmation, and loving and giving heart.

She is survived by her husband, Webster, whom she married in 1965 in Germany; their children, David, Karen Williams, LaSandra, and Crystal; and five grandchildren.

A funeral will be held on Thursday, April 17 at Grace Baptist Church, Kansas City, Mo. Visitation will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with the funeral service beginning at 11:00 a.m.
